I enjoy working with people to help them to heal and develop meaningful lives. I provide evidence-based intervention that is tailored to each individual, in a space which is safe, non-judgemental, and open to all individuals despite gender, culture, religion or sexuality. My professional interests include anxiety and depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, substance misuse, sleep difficulties, relationship issues, and problematic sexual behaviours. My primary therapeutic modalities include cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and schema therapy, with elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), and attachment-based therapy (ABT). I am also trained in eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I am currently offering sessions via Telehealth only for 2024. |
